Regina Rudisill

 Assistant General Counsel

Regina C. Rudisill serves as an Assistant General Counsel within the Office of General Counsel at Appalachian State University. In December of 2022, she moved from Fayetteville, North Carolina, to Boone, North Carolina, to begin her new role. Prior to joining the Office of General Counsel at Appalachian State University, Regina served for nearly 5 ½ years at her alma mater, Fayetteville State University, within the Division of Student Affairs as the Director of Student Conduct. In that role, Regina collaborated with campus partners in various areas including, but not limited to, matters involving Title IX, student engagement, counseling, student mental health, academic misconduct, and Free Speech and Expression. She also previously served as a Pre-Law advisor for those students aspiring to have a career in the legal field.

Since 2018, Regina operated her solo law practice, part-time, and represented clients with legal issues involving residential landlord-tenant disputes, contract drafting, review, breach of contract-related issues, traffic tickets, estate planning, and various other consumer-related issues.
